The pupils in Year 4 recently completed the Grow Programme delivered by The Dry Arch Centre. This programme aimed to develop resilience and improve mental health. Over the course of 6 weeks the pupils worked on improving confidence, breathing techniques and being kind to ourselves and others. The children really enjoyed taking part in this programme. They all know how to use the AMBER technique to help them feel better.
