Our School pledges to promote the Take 5 steps to Wellbeing within our school environment. Our commitment to Take 5 will be visible to all staff and pupils and participation will be encouraged through a supportive environment.  We will incorporate the 5 steps to wellbeing into our weekly lessons and daily life of the school by focussing on 

  1. Connecting with others
  2. Learning new things
  3. Keeping Active
  4. Taking notice of our surroundings
  5. Giving
