Thank you to Pat from NI Water for coming in to talk to Year 6 about the important work NI Water does. The children learned where their tap water comes from, how is it cleaned and what happens to the waste water when we are done with it.
Pat highlighted the importance of water conservation and about keeping our oceans and waterways clean and free from plastic. The children were given refillable water bottles to help cut down on our consumption of single use plastics.
