Primary 4 took part in the Little Healthy Me Programme delivered by Action Mental Health on Monday 12th June. The pupils took part in many different activities which included breathing exercises, discussing our feelings and knowing who our go to person is when we need to chat. Colette delivered a day full of great information and practical activities for our pupils to think about and use at home and at school.
