A huge congratulations to Connie in Primary 5 who competed in the Irish Minor Schools Swimming Competition in Dublin this past week and came 3rd place overall in the breaststroke heat. Connie reports that there were around 100 of the best swimmers in each event which only adds to the magnitude of her achievement. Connie was delighted to be met in class this week with a huge round of applause from all her friends!
Connie also had the opportunity to show her medal to the Primary 1 children. They were so excited at the chance to touch a "real-life" medal!
