Flahavan's Cross Country Finals

Our cross country team competed in the Northern Ireland Finals on Thursday the 3rd of March in Mallusk. The girls'  team produced a great performance to finish sixth out of twenty six competing teams. Our boys' team ran fantastically to finish fifth out of twenty five competing teams. Aodhan McCloskey ran a tremendous race to finish twelfth out of a field of 179 runners, which means he will now be invited to join the Flahavan’s Porridge Athletics NI Junior Cross Country Squad. The team have trained hard since September and even over the Christmas holidays. Well done to all of our athletes on their fantastic effort and achievements this year.
