As part of our Being Active step in our Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing, our very own Miss Mackle has been delivering a Couch to 5k to our parents. We have now completed Week 3 and everyone is doing amazing each week. Everyone should be very proud of the progress they are making.
At the beginning of tonights session, some of our runners decided to take part in our Fittest Year Group Challenge by doing the plank!
