Some of the Year 4 pupils have made Jars of Happiness, where they think of 31 positive comments about themselves and put them into a jar. Each morning they lift one of these out and they should then feel happy and positive about themselves. Maybe this is an activity everyone should do to keep their minds healthy and happy!
