This week was Children's Mental Health Week. The children discussed how different emotions can determine what mood we are in. We also discussed how we have grown since we were little and how some of us were scared of some things which we now know how to deal with using the proper emotions.
This week we made calming jars to help us relax and we created some art work which shows how we can be positive about ourselves.
To end the week we decided to have a bun and a movie as we all need a little treat now and again to keep us feeling happy!
