Year 6 pupil Paraic Moore and his father kindly built a birdhouse for the school grounds. Paraic used an egg basket from a chicken house he had. He screwed it together, made a roof out of slates and inserted foam to give it added strength. He then cut a hole in the box for the birds, put it on a stand and painted it. We have some photos of the erected bird house and Paraic and his parents presenting it to the school.
